The Animal-Free Murine Dendritic Cell Cytokine Package contains the key components required for the culturing of mouse dendritic cells.

The package contains the following two vials:
• 100 μg Animal-Free Murine IL-4 (Cat. No. AF-214-14-100UG)
• 100 μg Animal-Free Murine GM-CSF (Cat. No. AF-315-03-100UG)

IL-4 is a pleiotropic cytokine that regulates diverse T- and B-cell responses including cell proliferation, survival, and gene expression. Produced by mast cells, T cells, and bone marrow stromal cells, IL-4 regulates the differentiation of naive CD4+ T cells into helper Th2 cells.

GM-CSF is a hematopoietic growth factor that stimulates the development of neutrophils and macrophages and promotes the proliferation and development of early erythroid megakaryocytic and eosinophilic progenitor cells.
