Features of Zenon LysoLight Green IgG labeling reagents include:

Zenon LysoLight Green-labeled Fab fragments (i.e., labeling reagent) are directed against the Fc portion of an intact IgG primary antibody to form a labeling complex. Formation of the Fab–antibody complex occurs in fewer than five minutes. Because the LysoLight dye fluorescence dramatically increases upon lysosomal catabolism, the antibodies coupled with the Zenon LysoLight Green IgG labeling reagent provide an excellent measure of lysosomal delivery of internalized antibodies.

Zenon LysoLight Green IgG labeling reagents contain sufficient material to label up to sixteen 96-well plates, depending on the product size and Zenon labeling reagent concentration used. Only a small amount of starting material is needed, and the method is optimized for efficient labeling of antibodies in serum, ascites fluid, or hybridoma suspensions.
