Streptamer CD3/CD28 Premix for T Cell Expansion is for reversible CD3 and CD28 receptor specific cell activation/expansion using the Streptamer technology.

  • For 1.6 x 107 cells in total
  • The vial contains CD3 Fab-Strep, CD28 Fab-Strep and multimeric Strep-Tactin™ for cell expansion, premixed and ready to use, in a total volume of 480 μL
  • With this ready-to-use reagent you will benefit from a quick protocol
  • The multimers can be removed from the cells by the addition of D-Biotin
  • Suspended in sterile PBS
  • Product is not classified as hazardous according to (EC) No 1272/2008 [CLP]
  • Solution is sterile filtered and does not contain any preservatives
  • Please handle under sterile conditions
