Standard and Enterprise Editions
The standard version of SDS Software for the 7900HT Fast Real-Time PCR System uses two automation software tools—Plate Utility and Automation Controller—to fully automate high-throughput applications for gene expression and SNP genotyping, requiring minimal user intervention.

The Enterprise Edition of SDS Software is a high-throughput application for storage, organization, and analysis of large amounts of gene expression and genotyping data on the 7900HT Fast Real-Time PCR System

The Enterprise database allows users to process up to 5,000 x 384-well plates (384 markers total), which equates to 1.92 million genotypes. Using Relative Quantitation (RQ) Manager, customers can also process 200 x 384-well plates (96 detectors with quadruplicate data points per multiplexed endogenous control) which equates to 153,600 data points.

Supporting 21 CFR Part 11 Requirements
SDS Software Enterprise Edition is the only edition of SDS Software that assists in supporting 21 CFR part 11 requirements, providing security, auditing functions, electronic signatures, and electronic record-keeping. These features eliminate traditional paper records and reduce vulnerability to signature fraud and report misfiling, which increases the speed of information exchange and data searching. The results are reduced storage costs, better data integration, and superior product quality.
