Description

Hold-Down Disk Maintains Constant Pressure on Tube Caps

  • Specifically designed for incubating 1.5 ml microcentrifuge tubes, this rack includes a hold-down disk which maintains a constant pressure on the tube caps and prevents them from opening during internal air expansion
  • The polypropylene disk with threaded handle screws into the foam-filled TPX™ polymethylpentene plastic rack and holds tubes firmly in place
  • Rack floats while microcentrifuge tubes remain immersed at a constant depth
  • Leg length: 19mm (³/₄ in.)
  • Steam autoclavable at 121°C (250°F)
