Description
A methyl difluoroacetate (MFA)-based LiPF6 solution was applied as an electrolyte to improve the thermal stability of Li-ion batteries. Methyl difluoroacetate is used in the inhibition of corrosion of aluminum cathode current collector for lithium ion cells.
