Content And Storage The MultiSite Gateway™ Pro Kits include vectors and primers as indicated in Table 1, One Shot™ Mach1™ T1R Chemically Competent Cells, and LR Clonase™ II Plus and BP Clonase™ II enzymes. Store cells at -80°C. Store Clonase™ enzymes at -20°C for up to 6 months, or at -80°C for long-term storage. Store all other components at -20°C. All reagents are guaranteed stable for 6 months when properly stored.
