Intended to be used with antibodies to transcription factors and nuclear proteins, such as Foxp3 and Ki-67, as well as cytokines and chemokines.

  • This must be used in combination with the Fixation/Permeabilization Concentrate (cat. 00-5123) and the Permeabilization Buffer (10X) (cat. 00-8333)
  • Alternatively, all buffers required for staining with these antibodies can be purchased as a set in the Foxp3/Transcription Factor Buffer Staining Set (cat. 00-5523)
