Description

Designed to hold 25 x 75mm microarray slides at a constant humidity during hybridization incubations

  • Polycarbonate and nonsterile
  • O-ring and retaining clips assure the reusable chamber remains watertight in waterbaths and airtight in hybridization ovens
  • Wells in the base hold 10μL of water to maintain optimal interior humidity
  • Increased interior depth allows for single slide hybridizations and for user to place two arrays face-to-face and hybridize using a single labeled target
  • Used with raised-edge coverslips that are thicker or taller than standard thin coverglass
