Description

Provide accurate, reproducible results Epredia™ TACE (TNF-α converting enzyme)/ADAM17 Ab-1, Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody.

TACE (TNF-α converting enzyme) protein is a membrane bound matalloprotease from ADAM (a disintegrin and metalloprotease) family of proteins. It cleaves 26kDa type II membrane-bound precursor of TNF-α into 17kDA mature form which is secreted. TACE is also known to process other membrane proteins including TNF receptor, TGFα, L-selectin and amyloid protein precursor.
