Description

IBA Lifesciences GmbH Strep-Tactin™ APC for Fab Streptamers™ is for reversible cell isolation delivering label-free target cells.

  • Low-affinity Fab-Strep molecules are reversibly multimerized on Strep-Tactin™ PE or APC forming a fluorescent Fab Streptamer™ for cell staining
  • Treatment of labeled target cells with the competing Strep-Tactin™ ligand biotin causes a disruption of the Fab Streptamer™ complex and results in spontaneous dissociation of the Fab-Streps from the target cells
  • The result is a functional and label-free target cell
