Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human K562 whole cell, human Raji whole cell. IHC: human appendiceal adenocarcinoma tissue, human breast cancer tissue, human esophageal squamous carcinoma tissue, human gall bladder adenosquamous carcinoma tissue, human lung cancer tissue, human placenta tissue, mouse testis tissue, rat testis tissue. ICC/IF: A549 cell. Flow: U20S cell. Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

SBNO1, also named as Monocyte protein 3 or MOP3, is a 1393 amino acid protein, which belongs to the SBNO family. SBNO1 play an important role in development of the vertebrate central nervous system. SBNO1 has four isoforms with MW 154 kDa and 80 kDa.
