Description

This easy-to-use dye calibration kit establishes the pure dye spectra and multicomponent values on the Applied Biosystems™ QuantStudio™ 5 384-well real-time PCR system.

The QuantStudio™ 5 10-Dye Spectral Calibration Kit contains the following:
• QuantStudio™ 5 Spectral Calibration Plate 1 (FAM™, VIC™, ROX™, TAMRA™, and SYBR™ dyes), 384-well (Cat. No. A26334)
• QuantStudio™ 5 Spectral Calibration Plate 2 (ABY™, JUN™, MUSTANG PURPLE™, NED™, and Cy™5 dyes), 384-well (Cat. No. A26335)

This multiple-dye plate calibration kit enables simultaneous dye calibrations in single plates, significantly reducing the effort and time required for dye calibration. In addition, the formulations of the dyes in Plate 2 improve results with multiplexing by more accurately representing the fluorescent spectra of the respective probes found in your real-time PCR experiments.
