LanthaScreen Elite Terbium-labeled anti-His-tag antibodies are used to indirectly label proteins tagged with 6XHis. This can be advantageous when working with partially purified protein, or in cases in which direct labeling of the protein using amine-reactive Tb chelates negatively impacts protein activity. The Elite Tb-anti-HIS-tag antibody is a specialized antibody with a broader HIS-tag binding performance than our traditional Tb-anti-HIS-tag antibody.
