Bulk configuration of the KQCLTM Kinetic Chromogenic LAL Assay for endotoxin detection.

  • Bulk Kinetic Chromogenic LAL Assay for endotoxin detection for 2040 tests.
  • Kit does not contain endotoxin: E50-643L is ordered separately.
  • Available as a made-to-order product.
  • Assay sensitivity: 0.005 - 50 EU/mL
  • Most sensitive of the LAL assays.
  • Quantitative, kinetic assay for the detection of Gram-negative bacterial endotoxin.
  • A sample is mixed with the reconstituted LAL reagent in a 96-well plate and placed in an incubating plate reader that measures absorbance at 405 nm.
  • The reaction is automatically monitored over time for the appearance of a yellow color.
  • The time required for the change is inversely proportional to the amount of endotoxin present.
  • The concentration of unknown samples can then be calculated from a standard curve.
  • Most appropriate choice for testing small volume parenterals, vaccines, antibiotics and biologicals.
  • Less impacted by inhibitory products that may interfere with the clotting mechanism in turbidimetric and gel clot assays.
  • Ideal for biological products such as vaccines and antibiotics.
