The Genexus Dx cfTNA Purification Kit comes with all the reagents necessary to take a cfTNA sample from extraction to results. The kit includes the following components to provide a complete nucleic acid purification and quantification NGS workflow solution:

• Genexus Dx Purification Supplies 1 Kit

The kit contains plates prefilled with most of the reagents necessary to perform the extraction, requiring only a few pipetting steps per sample to set up the run. Simply remove the foil seal from the plate, add binding buffer, enzymes, and sample, then place the plate onto the Genexus Dx Purification System with onboard Qubit Fluorometer. After extraction, all nucleic acids are transferred directly to an archive plate and kept cool for up to one hour after run completion. The 48-well nucleic acid archive plate is barcoded to facilitate tracking of sample extractions across several stored archive plates.

Intended purpose

The Genexus Dx Cell-Free Total Nucleic Acid Purification Kit provides components for automated nucleic acid isolation, and quantification from plasma. The kit uses MagMAX magnetic bead-based for isolation and purification of cell-free total nucleic acid (cfTNA) from plasma. The isolated cfTNA is quantified using the onboard Qubit Fluorometer and fluorescence-based quantification reagents provided in the kit.
