The pcDNA4/HisMax A, B and C vectors, 20μg each, are supercoiled and provided lyophilized. 20μg of pcDNA4/HisMax/lacZ control plasmid is also provided. The pcDNA4/HisMax TOPO TA Expression Kit contains two boxes. The TOPO TA box contains 200ng of linearized and topoisomerase I-activated pcDNA4/HisMax-TOPO vector, dNTPs, control PCR template and primers, forward and reverse primers for sequencing and PCR screening, and a lacZ expression control plasmid. The box contains transformation reagents including 21 x 50μL aliquots of TOP10 E. coli, S.O.C. medium, and a pUC19 supercoiled control plasmid.
