Description

Obtain reproducible IEF separations with dry, precast gels containing immobilized pH gradients

Immobiline DryPlate precast gels contain preformed, immobilized, non-drifting pH gradients. The gels are rehydrated to a thickness of 0.5mm in the reswelling cassette accessory before use.

  • Medium range covering 3 pH units
  • Handle mechanically stable, plastic-backed gels with confidence

  • Immobiline technology produces an absolutely stable pH gradient, allowing extremely high voltages and high resolution over narrow pH ranges, even for low mobility proteins that require long focusing times
