Recombinant Protein

Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (65%), Rat (65%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibodies, PA5-139766 (PA5-139766, PA5-67300 (PA5-67300. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

RNF32 contains two RING ring finger motifs. RING finger motifs are present in a variety of functionally distinct proteins and are known to be involved in protein-DNA or protein-protein interactions. Its gene was found to be expressed during spermatogenesis, most likely in spermatocytes and/or in spermatids.The protein encoded by this gene contains two RING ring finger motifs.
