Invitrogen™ Human KNDC1 (aa 519-607) Control Fragment Recombinant Protein
Quantity:
100 μL
Unit Size:
100µL
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (89%), Rat (89%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-139829 (PA5-139829. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
The protein encoded by this gene is a Ras guanine nucleotide exchange factor that appears to negatively regulate dendritic growth in the brain. Knockdown of this gene in senescent umbilical vein endothelial cells partially reversed the senescence, showing that this gene could potentially be targeted by anti-aging therapies.
