Recombinant Protein

Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (71%), Rat (71%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-63346 (PA5-63346. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

DTX4 is a regulator of Notch signaling, a signaling pathway involved in cell-cell communications that regulates a broad spectrum of cell-fate determinations. It functions as an ubiquitin ligase protein in vivo, mediating 'Lys48'-linked polyubiquitination and promoting degradation of TBK1, targeting to TBK1 requires interaction with NLRP4.
