Test Specificity Detects human CCL5/RANTES in direct ELISAs. Detects human CCL5/RANTES and mouse CCL5/RANTES Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 40% cross-reactivity with recombinant canine CCL5/RANTES is observed and approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant cotton rat CCL5/RANTES is observed. In Western blots, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) CCL3 and rhCCL4 is observed.
