Description

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Immunohistochemistry samples may be prepared using Bouin's Fixative solution. 1 μg/mL of PA5-77793 was sufficient for detection of HSP110 in 10 μg of human cell line mixed lysate by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. Detects approximately 110kDa.

HSPH1 prevents the aggregation of denatured proteins in cells under severe stress, on which the ATP levels decrease markedly. This protein inhibits HSPA8/HSC70 ATPase and chaperone activities.
