Goat Polyclonal Secondary Antibody

Rehydrate with 1.1 mL of deionized water and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve. (Product has been overfilled to ensure complete recovery.) Centrifuge to remove any particulates. Prepare fresh working dilution daily. Store lyophilized material at 2-8 °C. For long term storage after reconstitution, dilute with 50% glycerol and store at -20 °C as a liquid. Based on Immunoelectrophoresis, no reactivity is observed to: non-immunoglobulin rabbit serum proteins, serum proteins from bovine, human, or mouse , IgG from human or mouse. Based on IEP, this antibody reacts with: heavy (gamma) chains on rabbit IgG; light chains on all rabbit immunoglobulins. Affinity purified antibody is > 95% based on SDS-PAGE.

Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Antibody, Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) Conjugate, is prepared from antibodies that have been adsorbed against bovine, human, and mouse IgG to minimize cross reactivity. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Antibody, Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) Conjugate, should be suitable for western blot, ELISA, immunohistochemistry and other standard immunoassay applications. The sensitivity of each lot of antibody is confirmed using ELISA. The specificity of each lot of antibody is confirmed by isoelectric focusing (IEF).

Applications: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Antibody, Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) Conjugate, should be suitable for western blot, ELISA, immunohistochemistry and other standard immunoassay applications.

Reactivity: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Antibody, Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) Conjugate, detects rabbit IgG (H+L).

Suggested dilution: The optimal working dilution should be determined empirically. Dilutions of 1:500-1:5000 should be satisfactory for most immunohistochemical applications. Dilutions of 1:200-1:5,000 should be satisfactory for most ELISA and western blot applications.
