Establish fluorescence compensation for a BD flow cytometer.

  • Establish fluorescence compensation for a BD flow cytometer.
  • BD FC beads are fluorescent beads that enable the software to calculate a fluorescence compensation matrix during setup of the flow cytometer.
  • The combination of BD™ CS&T beads and BD FC beads accurately sets the voltage and compensation for each of the channels.
  • In cases where two fluorophores are detected in the same channel, the BD FC beads for both colors are used during setup.
  • Includes one pouch of 5 tubes for each of the following fluorochromes:
    • BD Horizon™ APC-R700
    • APC-H7
    • BD Horizon™ V450
    • BD Horizon™ V500-C
    • BD Horizon Brilliant™ Violet 605
