For use as a control for certain elements of the absolute counting process.

  • Designed for use with in vitro diagnostic products such as BD TriTEST™ reagents and a suitably equipped flow cytometer for use as a control for certain elements of the absolute counting process.
  • Specifically, a control bead value that is outside the expected range could indicate an error in pipetting or a problem with the value from the Absolute Count Beads.
  • TruCOUNT Control beads are not intended as a substitute for a cellular control.
  • TruCOUNT Controls can be used with the FACS Loader

Specifications

Content And Storage TruCOUNT Control beads are sensitive to compensation, specifically in FL2–%FL1. If lyse/no-wash procedures are not employed, care must be taken to ensure FL2 brightness is adequate. Store at 2° to 8°C. Do not use after expiration date on vial.
