Description

For use in protein purification applications

For use with the AKTA start automated protein purification system. The conductivity monitor continuously reads the conductivity of the liquid in the conductivity flow cell. The conductivity value is automatically calculated by multiplying the measured conductance by the cell constant of the flow cell, and taking the temperature effect into account. The cell constant is factory calibrated and a built-in temperature sensor continuously measures the temperature of the liquid in the flow cell.
