Invitrogen™ Calreticulin Polyclonal Antibody

Description
PA3-900 detects calreticulin from human, non-human primate, rabbit, mouse, canine and rat samples. PA3-900 has been successfully used in Western blot, immunofluorescence, immunocytochemistry, flow cytometry, and immunoprecipitation procedures. By Western blot, this antibody detects an ~60 kDa protein representing calreticulin from rat brain extract. Immunofluorescence staining of calreticulin in rat brain cortex with PA3-900 results in fine granular staining consistent with ER localization. PA3-900 immunogen is recombinant human calreticulin protein produced in the Baculovirus insect cell system.
