Description

Vacuum manifold consists of manifold base and lid, a spacer set, and two waste containers.

The NucleoSpin™ 8 / 96 kits are based on Macherey-Nagel's well known NucleoSpin™ silica-membrane technology and allow rapid simultaneous purification of high-quality nucleic acids. The NucleoFast™ kits are based on ultrafiltration technology and offer a fast and convenient way of nucleic acid purification.

  • Spacer sets accommodate suitable microtiter plates, deep-well blocks (round-well and square-well blocks), or microtube racks for collecting samples
  • Use of NucleoSpin™ 8 kits requires Starter Kit A (sold separately); no additional hardware needed with NucleoSpin™ 96 and NucleoFast™ kits
  • Includes: manifold base and lid, waste containers, rack of tube strips, spacer set and user manual
  • Connect to a suitable vacuum source (e.g. water aspirator, house vacuum, vacuum pump)
  • Vacuum pump specifications—Final vacuum: <100mbar; Max. airflow: >1.8m3/h
