Description

BarbLock assemblies provide uniform 360-degree radial crimping for a leak-free, durable seal

  • BarbLock Ultra-Secure Retainer, 3/8 in. for 3/8 x 5/8 in. tubing
  • Easy to install, three-piece locking mechanism ensures the tubing and hose barb won't disengage
  • Safe to use with pressures up to 140psi or upper pressure limit of tubing
  • An excellent alternative to securing tubing and hose barbs with cable ties
  • No more crimps or tube distortion
  • The BarbLock assembly consists of three pieces: the sleeve, collet and barbed fittings
  • To install the fitting, slide the sleeve and collet onto the tubing and then insert the barbed fitting into the tubing
  • Prelock the sleeve and collet by pressing them together until you hear a click
  • Slide the sleeve and collet to the edge of the barbed fitting and lock with the BarbLock tool
  • Once assembled, the BarbLock assembly can only be unlocked with the removal tool
