Description
Chondroitinase ABC digestion of the target sample is required for antibody activity. Papain or pronase digestion of the target significantly reduces antibody activity. Mouse anti Human chondroitin-6-sulphate antibody, clone MK-302 recognizes chondroitin-6-sulphate, recognizing the chondroitin-6-sulphate stubs of all high density cartilage proteoglycans across all species tested.
