  • Optimal reaction temperature: 44° to 55°C

Also available are the T7-Oligo (dT)24 Promoter Primer (Mfr. No. AM5710) and the T7-Oligo (dT)24 Promoter Primer, Anchored (Mfr. No. AM5712).
