The Ambion kit includes a M-MLV RT that maintains full RNase H activity for increased sensitivity of detection in RT-PCR experiments. Includes sufficient reagents for 50 reactions.

The kit contains a unique formulation of M-MLV RT developed for a single tube approach increasing lower-end reaction sensitivity. The reverse transcription step takes only 15 minutes, so you can go from RNA sample to PCR results in less than two hours.
