Activin Receptor IIB (ACVR2B), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in protein studies such as protein structure analysis and protein-protein interactions. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications. Since this product is a truncated protein and does not contain intracellular catalytic activity domain, it is not suitable for use in enzyme activity studies.- Activity: 1. Measured by its ability to bind biotinylated Human INHBA-his (Mfr. No. 10429-H08H) in functional ELISA; 2. Measured by its ability to bind biotinylated mouse INHBA-his (Mfr. No. 50659-M08H) in functional ELISA
