  • Utilizes 96-well plates coated with ChargeSwitch nucleic acid-binding surface, whose ionic charge can be switched by changing pH of surrounding buffer
  • At low pH, positive charge of ChargeSwitch surface binds negatively charged nucleic acids
  • Proteins and other contaminants that do not bind are washed away, leaving pure DNA ready for downstream applications
  • Successful yields from very small samples volumes up to 10 μL blood or 2 x 104cells
  • Highly pure DNA isolated using gentle buffers—no guanidine or ethanol
  • No sample transfer that can lead to error or contamination—direct amplification in the same well as DNA binding without elution
  • Adaptable to your throughput needs—compatible with most automated Liquid handling platforms
