Thermo Scientific Fermentas offers two lines of restriction enzymes:
- FastDigest® restriction enzymes are an advanced line of restriction enzymes for rapid DNA digestion. All FastDigest® enzymes are 100% active in the universal FastDigest® Green buffer and are able to digest DNA in 5-15 min.
- Conventional Restriction Enzymes: The product range consists of 201 different enzymes. Every enzyme is provided with a buffer that is optimized for maximal activity, and also a dedicated Tango™ buffer for double digestion.
